This finca in the southwest of Mallorca is located about 10 km from the beaches of the municipality of Calvia. The elaborately designed country estate is probably unique on the entire island due to the combination of some materials used in its construction. The main house is surrounded by extensive gardens and plantations. One enters the finca and arrives in the imposing entrance hall with staircase to the upper floor. On the first floor is the living and dining area with adjoining open kitchen. From the living area you can access the covered terraces out front. Also on this level are bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom with bathroom, dressing area and living room extends over the entire floor and has access to a private terrace with outdoor fireplace. In the basement there is another living and dining area, with kitchen and bodega, which has direct access to the pool. On this level there is currently a fitness room, as well as additional bedrooms and a cinema room. Outside there is a barbecue station by the pool. Slightly away from the main house is the guest and service house. The villages of Es Capdella and Calvia are only a few minutes away by car.
