With a design centered around its views, MARK III is located inside of Arelauquen Golf & CC, near the entrance at Lake Gutierrez with access to roads leading to the Cerro Catedral Ski Resort.
The house is one of a kind, boasting 3 separate stories and incredible views throughout. Includes 4 suite-style bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and guest bathroom.
The front door opens directly to the grand living Room located on the second floor, with amazing views of the mountains. This area of the house includes the living room, a formal dining room that seats 12, and indoor grill and the kitchen, which is complete with an island and an exit to the second floor balcony.
A downstairs living area on the third floor that consists of 4 bunk-bed style beds, a wood burning fireplace, and a mini kitchen with access to the garden and patio.
