The San Juan Farm is located on Route 65, 15 km from the City of Bolívar - Province of Buenos Aires - 300 km from the Capital, and only 8 km from the Bolívar airfield. The course from Buenos Aires is effortless, and the highway and roads are asphalted and in perfect condition.
The San Juan Estate is what one would consider a typical farm from the Argentinean pampas although located in the Bolívar district. It displays a magnificent main house from the late 19th century comprising 4 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are also 2 guest houses with a bedroom, private bathroom, and an independent lounge in each one of them.Every bedroom has its own heating and ceiling fan.
In the main house we find a dining room with a capacity for 12 people and a great living room with views to the park.
In the park we find a great swimming pool and solarium with deck chairs and umbrellas ideal for enjoying the fresh air and tranquillity the country has to offer. There is also a complete Quincho (place for having barbecues and entertaining) including a grill, changing rooms and refrigerators for additional comfort of the guests.
Surrounded by trees we find the tennis court.
The property is equipped with television sets in every bedroom, DVD and stereo system in the lounge, WIFI, catering service, etc.
There are horses for horseback riding excursions, and guided tours to the dairy farm and to every activity in the farm.
The farm is surrounded by a variety of hunting preserves with trained staff and all the necessary equipment.
